БЪЛГАРИЯ

On behalf of all the Bulgarians that participated we'd like to hereby share a few words.

The preparation for this visit started 6 months ago right after some of us returned from Poland, motivated and determined to do something great. The road up to the week we spent in Bulgaria was hard and challenging. We faced a lot of obstacles, but through teamwork we managed to solve them and actually during that we stumbled upon many great opportunities and ideas to develop. All the work, all the hours spent by students, teachers and parents in preparation was indeed for a great cause.

The no stereotypes for equity and inclusion cause. This week had been an amazing adventure that has taught us what is like in the real world with the simulation on Tuesday and the UN talk we had on Wednesday, and speaking of Wednesday the dance classes we had was truly a bonding experience an experience that has made us closer through the power of the traditional Bulgarian dances. Furthermore, the tour of Plovdiv has shown us that different cultures can live together as one and Have lived together as one all throughout the ages. And probably the most amazing thing this week was this morning when we ALL came together to put all our thoughts and ideas into one place.

With everything said, we'd like to say one colossal thank you. Thank you for trusting us, for putting up with our different lifestyles. Thank you for accepting us the way we are - all our weirdness and specifics. Thank you for giving us a chance and throwing yourself in the cultural shock that is Bulgaria. We are relieved from all the positive feedback we had gotten from all of you, for which we are sincerely grateful. Even if challenging, we had a blast throughout this whole week and loved every moment of it. Credit goes to our amazing teachers, parents and participants for giving us all the opportunity to be part of this memorable, exciting and rewarding project
